The easiest way to estimate the power of the human mind is that it is limitless and infinite—from data storage to having short-term and long-term memories encoded in our brain to have the ability to sort, sift, process and discard data as per the need of the hour and correlate previous and present data and many more other minute details. This shows how much of a powerhouse a human mind is, and to think; human beings aren’t able to use even half of its potential, yet still, the tasks performed by the human mind both on a conscious and subconscious level as well as unraveling the mysteries of the universe as well as own human self is exponential.
It is a proven fact that the human mind isn’t restrictive or runs out of space due the excessive data. In fact, the ability to absorb new data and experiences and shed irrelevant information yet still retain and juxtapose that information for further use is astounding. A human mind is logical, imaginative, cognitive, astute, and ever-evolving. Our brains are wired to process information and use it accordingly in a matter of seconds unless there is a neurological condition affecting the brain.
The human mind has the ability to shape and form its own reality, but some human minds are so gifted and evolved that they are often able to change the perceived reality of other individuals completely. However, this is where our consciousness and value play a role for the human mind can be used for both the benefit and advancement of society or can be used negatively to harm a certain section of society. Examples can include scientists and visionaries teaming up to make human life more viable and evolved. At the same time, tyrants and money-hungry state leaders using cruelty to suppress humanity through endless wars and chaos.
Human beings are multidimensional beings, with the power of imagination, intuitiveness, intelligence, and perception, being able to create and mold the reality of their situation in such a way that while it’s being done by one being, its impact will be felt by those connected to that person. So, the human mind has to be conscious of its own power, so It does not destruct. Instead, it should be made to construct and pave a path to mindful existence.
Amar Kapoor, M.D., through all of his works, posits that the human mind is not only powerful, but has the ability to form its own reality and human consciousness. The best way to understand this concept is through the quantum realm. His recent book, ‘Mind the Superpowerhouse with Infinite Possibilities,’ talks about how our mind can harness and cultivate the mind for optimal lifestyle and creativity. The book explores the different facets of the human mind and its infinite potential and the use of quantum mechanics tools to understand it.
